When have heard about bounce rate, have a faint idea what it is, and may assume, that it's not important. You might be right, partially, but not totally. You bounce rate can help you to analyze your landing pages.

Bounce Definition

A bounce in the most generic of terms, is when a visitor hits your site and leaves, without going to a second page. There is a measurement that is calculated by Google that determines is it is a bounce or not.

Your bounce rate can help you to determine the quality of your website traffic. It's an analysis tool that shouldn't be overlooked. But many don't fully understand it, or how to use it, or to analysis the results once they have it in front of them. If this is you, then take a look at my web page:

Ah! Slowly more news is finally coming out about website load speed from Google.

Again, Google emphasizes that they are trying to provide the best possible search experience for their users. Thus, faster sites create happy users.

Through their internal studies they learned that visitors tend to spend less time on sites that respond slowly. In my opinion, that just common sense. If you can't get into a site after trying to load it twice, what do you do? You click away.

However, they are quick to reassure all, that site speed is just one of over 200 signals that will determine search ranking. And since this "signal" is a new metric, it will not carry as much relevance of a page.

In general, your website will have to be particularly slow for its ranking to be affected. What components contribute to page speed-images, rich media, Javascript, and HTML/CSS code.

They too are building adsense ads so that they can load more quickly.

Google offer the following helpful suggestions to improving your website search speed:

1. Enabling caching of images, JavaScript and CSS
2. minimize size of JavaScript with CLosure Tools

Is Content, Just Content?

Is that a strange question or what? Well, no. not really. There may be times when a person that is trying to write content for a website, may begin to think-content is just content and it's really not all that important.

If that thought is creeping into your mind, it's time to look at content in a different light. Online, content is everything. Content helps to get your website or blog noticed by readers and search engines. Without it, you're more than likely just looking at a stats page that is counting your own clicks or web views. Not only can that be discouraging, but it can lead to you calling it quits for your online business.

There are different types of content that can lead your blog or website to profitability. But the key to your success, is when you know this fact. If you have my luck, you begin to realize it, well, later in your Internet Marketing career.

I had lost valuable time and money because I fully did not understand the importance of "content". So, I hope this article gives you some ideas of what content is, and how to use it to your benefit on your website or blog.
